SCSHA provides each of its teams a NGIN webpage/site to help communications between players, coaches, managers, parents, and the board.  

Posted below, you will find a links and a document that can help you administer your team page. 

Please make sure each coach and manager registers with our site via the link shown below this.  This will ensure that they recieve all appropriate league communications including Ice Schedule Updates!

Per association bylaws, each team is supposed to submit a finance report to Treasurer each month of the season. To make this easier for you, please just click the link below to go to the report page.

Forms Required - Players:

• Barcode (in the form nnnnnnnnnnLLLLL where n is a 10 digit number and L is the characters of last name) obtained from USA Hockey online registration.

• Parent/Legal Guardian Code of Conduct Agreement also known as the STAR (Shared Tolerance and Respect) form - see documents listed to the right.

Forms Required - Other Participants:

Any individual who has routine access to your minor children on your team, on or off-ice, such as locker-room monitors, must complete a Background Check. (Click here to complete form)

Requirements for Other Volunteers:  "All volunteers and employees in USA Hockey Member Programs that will have regular, routine or frequent access to or supervision over minor participants, and all persons in a supervisory position of a USA Hockey Member Program, shall be required to complete the SafeSport Training Program as a condition of being appointed to such position. Volunteers and employees that have less regular, non-routine or infrequent access to minor participants are strongly encouraged to complete the SafeSport Training."

As the Team Manager it is your responsibility to keep individual and team financial records, and file financial reports with the Association Treasurer as required by the Association. It shall be mandatory for the team treasurer to report any financial problems regarding a team member's delinquency directly to the Association Treasurer. It shall also be mandatory for the team treasurer to conduct all monetary transactions by check or money order. The handling of cash is expressly prohibited.
